Delete your VitalSpark account
This page is the public account-deletion information page for VitalSpark. Google Play package association: com.vitalsparkbyferdie.app.
Immediate and irreversible
Once deletion processing begins, VitalSpark revokes access, processes account data deletion, and deletes the Supabase Auth identity last. This cannot be undone.
In-app deletion path
Open VitalSpark on Android, sign in, then go to Profile > Account management > Delete account. Review the warnings, acknowledge the permanent deletion terms, then type DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Profile, preferences, and device records.
- Workout plans, workout session data, and progress records.
- Meal plans, meal records, water logs, and adherence data.
- Coach messages, mindfulness sessions, and mindfulness logs.
- Local entitlement records after provider cleanup is resolved.
What may be anonymized or retained
Product events and audit logs may be anonymized instead of fully deleted. Pseudonymized deletion evidence may be retained for up to 30 days to prove deletion, support security review, and prevent abuse. Legal, security, provider, backup, or payment records may be retained where required or controlled by a service provider.
Subscriptions and providers
Active VitalSpark entitlement is revoked during deletion. Server-side provider cleanup runs before app data deletion where provider records exist. Provider systems may keep legally required or operational records under their own policies.
If you cannot access the app
Contact deletion@vitalsparkbyferdie.com. VitalSpark may need to verify account control before helping with an external deletion request. This page does not accept arbitrary user IDs, passwords, Stripe customer IDs, or subscription IDs.
